The goverment made the policy to solve the
destitution. One of them is the rural Independent society empowerment society national programe or in Indonesia
Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MPd), it
was founded by the 5th Precident Indonesia, Susilo Bambang
Yudhoyono at April 30th 2007 in Palu central Sulawesi. A number
of efort have tried to solve the empowerment problem, one of them that
still exis until now is giving the credit by PNPM-MPd. It will be managed
by actifity manager unit or Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) so the aim in thiss
research is to know and analysis how credit control actually that used by
UPK. The research problem is ; (1) How credit control system that used by
UPK ? (2) How the collectability at UPK ? (3) and how effectiveness of the
credit control by UPK?
The result in this research shows that credit
control system by UPK have relationship with lokal punishment it aim to
avoid the bad credit. During three years ago, the credit collectability
have presentase as I/L fluent 84, 52 % with the mean nonperforming loan /
NPL at 9%. This presentase shows that the credit during three years is
good, the collectability fluent 84,52 % mean while NPL is at moderat
category with number 9%. Based on this data, the reseacher concluded that
credit control is effectif to give the real contribution as PNPM-MPd aim.
